Bio

Adam Slone enters his 2nd year as Head Coach of the Alice Lloyd College Cross Country program. A proud 2008 graduate of ALC and former member of the men’s cross country team, Slone brings both firsthand experience and a deep passion for the college’s mission. His journey has come full circle—from student-athlete to leader and mentor—and his commitment to developing the athletic and personal potential of his runners continues to shape the program’s growth and success.

In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Slone serves as the Assistant Director of Admissions for the college. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Master’s in Business Administration.

A native of Knott County, Slone now resides in Emmalena, Kentucky, with his wife and their two children.
