ALC Men's Soccer Announces 2026 Season Schedule
The Eagles are excited to announce their 2026 soccer season schedule.
The Eagles kick off their season with an away preseason game against the University of Pikeville (KY) on Wednesday, August 19th and an away JV game against Lindsey Wilson (KY) on Wednesday, August 26th. They begin their regular season in Pippa Passes at 5pm on Friday, August 28th against Bluefield State University (VA).
The Eagles are coming off a record season. In route to winning the Mideast Regional Tournament and advancing to the NCCAA National Championship, the Eagles won a school record 12 games. They earned the #2 overall seed in the national tournament.
Coach Juan Lander is excited to build upon the program's recent success will several key veterans and his many new recruits. "Last season was amazing," Lander said. "We broke just about every record in our program's history and finished 12-4-4, but we're always looking to improve year after year. We look forward to repeating as Mideast Region Champs."
"We'll definitely miss the experience of last year's group, but I believe our new recruits will adapt quickly and this team will continue moving the program in the right direction. I think our depth and chemistry are going to be huge for us. They will give us a chance to make another strong run toward the end of the season when championships are on the line."
