Alice Lloyd Golf Participates in Atomic City Classic

Oak Ridge, TN: The Alice Lloyd College men's golf team participated in the Atomic City Classic, hosted by Roane State (TN), on October 17th and 18^th. A total of 43 men competed in the tournament.

At the conclusion, Roane State Community College emerged victorious in the eight-team field. Seth Robinette of Roane State was the individual winner by four strokes.

For Alice Lloyd, the squad would shoot a 707 and finish in 8^th place. They were led in the event by Mason Compton, who fired an 85-80 for 165 overall. This tied him for 30^th place. Korey Hanson shot 175 to finish 36th.

Other finishers included: Jacob Rowe (179), Hayden Halbert (183), and Chase Petry (191).

Next up for the Eagles golf team is the Eagle Invitational in Cohutta, Georgia, on October 31^st.
